Looking to work within a Central Government organisation? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency Investigator to join a team dealing with bankruptcy cases. Once a file has been examined and further investigation is needed, you will be responsible for analysing and determining what the next move will be. You will be producing detailed reports to be presented in court if such proceedings take place, researching into the minutiae of the case, and carrying out more in-depth interviews. The complexity of these cases mean you may only deal with one or two cases per month.
Required Skills:
· An investigative nature and proven investigation skills
· Experience of face to face interviewing is essential
· At least 3 years legal work experience
· Experience of working on complex cases
· Report writing and drafting skills
· Be able to demonstrate time management skills
· Excellent communication skills
· IT literate in excel & word
