Our client is one of the leading US investment management firms undergoing a period of substantial growth within their European headquarters in London. Having recently appointed a General Counsel, they are now seeking an experienced investment management lawyer to work alongside this individual who will undertake a variety of heavyweight work for the business. You should have a broad understanding of legal and regulatory issues affecting the industry as well as the ability to advise on the firm’s management portfolios domiciled off-shore, investor issues, offering documents, UCITS as well as providing advice to senior management and the board.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a hugely successful and dynamic firm in a senior role working closely with the key decision makers on the business.
