The IP groups work is diverse and covers all aspects of IP, trade marks, copyright and patent enforcement. They a diverse client base in a varirty of industries including luxury merchandising, licensing, film and TV, software & It, sportand lesiure. The group requires an associate with experience of working with trade marks and design, corporate and commercial IP and litigation. This is an influential role and the successful applicant will be expected to move quickly on the track for partnership. Applicants must have excellent academics with a minimum of a 2:1 degree. You must also have 2 years post qualified UK experience and have covered IP, trade marks and brands. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious lawyer with the skill and experience to take their career to the very top.
