IP/IT SOLICITOR

The Company Commercial Department has an outstanding reputation for providing the highest quality professional advice to the full range of business clients. With an expanding intellectual property and IT workload and continued growth, the Department has a vacancy for a Solicitor able to work independently to deliver sound business-focused advice.

The successful candidate will need at least 3yrs post admission experience in non-contentious intellectual property and IT work. Experience in drafting and negotiating a range of IP and IT licences and agreements is essential and the position will involve filing trade mark and design registrations and dealing with application formalities. Experience of contentious IP work would be welcomed, but this is primarily a non-contentious role.

The remuneration package will be commensurate with experience.
