Corporate/Commercial & IP/IT Solicitor - 2+ years pae - Auckland - Job Description
Working in this IP and technology team, this role will include:
Drafting and negotiating IT, telecoms and technology agreements
Advising on internet and e-commerce matters
Advising on IP commercialisation arrangements and structures, including drafting and negotiating IP licensing agreements
Advising on trade mark copyright, and other IP matters
The licensing, development and exploitation of technology together with joint ventures, commercial contracts, acquisitions and disposals, and some general intellectual property advice
Assisting on a wide range of commercial and corporate law matters for clients of the commercial team.
