ISDA Master Negotiator

Our client is an International Bank with significant operations in Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. They are looking for an ISDA Master Negotiator to do a maternity cover for 6-9 months.

Your responsibilities may include:
•Drafting the Master Agreement using appropriate templates (or where applicable reviewing the counterparty\'s version)
•Negotiating terms bearing in mind the companies parameters
•Ensuring that the firm\'s monitoring systems are kept up-to-date throughout the process, and that the details of executed Agreements for which the negotiator had primary responsibility are correctly entered upon completion
•Performing due diligence as required when dealing with non-standard counterparties and/or documentation
•Managing the process of obtaining and reviewing external advice (primarily legal) in relation to various Middle East and Emerging Market jurisdictions when necessary, in conjunction with the firm\'s internal legal department

As a successful candidate you will ideally have 3-5 years experience negotiating ISDA Master Agreements.
