ISDA Negotiator, Investment Bank - Job Description
Leading European investment bank based in the City seeks an ISDA negotiator to join its in-house team, providing support to the derivatives team. You will be reviewing, drafting and negotiating Master Agreements including ISDA, CSA and related documentation across different jurisdictions, liaising with internal clients, tracking documentation status and providing status updates to internal clients. You will be a graduate that may have completed the Legal Practice Course or have prior experience of drafting and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office and be dynamic team player with strong interpersonal skills.
