Italian Lawyer - Dublin

Our Italian law Department has seen unprecedented growth over the last few years, through organic and strategic growth, and we are still attracting new work from new sources in Ireland and Italy. Our clients include Developers, Investors, Financial institutions, major PLCs and high net worth private individuals.

Due to recent growth, we are now looking to expand our current operations to Ireland and we are urgently recruiting for Italian qualified lawyers to join our Italian law Department in Dublin (office due to open in summer 2008)

Key tasks will be to advise clients in relation to commercial, development and investment property purchase of residential development sites including drafting and negotiation of options, preliminary and conditional contracts under Italian law. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian as well as good drafting skills are essential.

Please note that this position is offered on a consultancy basis only (fee-sharing) and the succesful candidate(s) will need to demonstrate a proven track record of setting up and managing a new office under the initial supervision of the Head Office in London
