The role would be to support the senior lawyers within the team and the business area which is involved on the structured equity products.
The team currently consists of 15 Lawyers and works in conjunction with all the other lawyers around the world within the Bank. As the team is small and expanding, you would therefore have great career prospects, to be an integral part of the team and its expansion.
• You must have experience of equity derivatives and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements. Ideally you should have experience of working directly with capital markets business either as a secondee or as an employee of a financial institution.
• My client wants you to be able to work closely and independently with the Business within a very short space of time.
• Ideally candidates would be 1-3 years PQE and come from one of the Top 10 Law firms although all applicants will be considered.
• Funds and emerging markets experience is seen as desirable and useful but not essential.
