Our client serves as one of the largest international law firms in Asia, providing successful legal services for over 30 years in the Asia Pacific region with offices based Bangkok, Beijing, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Phnom Penh, Port Moresby, Shanghai, and in all major Australian capitals. As a result of continual growth across Asia, the firm now requires qualified real estate lawyers to be based in Hong Kong.
The successful candidate will have ideally 2-4 years experience in Hong Kong real estate and conveyancing, with strong knowledge of local legislation and requirements, and extensive experience in the purchase and sale of corporate real estate in Hong Kong
Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese skills are essential, while proficiency in Mandarin will be an extra advantage. You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be committed to working in a large professional team.
