TITLE: JURISTE ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS - LUXEMBOURG
JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful candidates will be joining our client’s office in Luxembourg. Their role will include, but is not limited to the following duties;
Liaising with clients, external advisors and authorities in Luxembourg in all legal matters, preparing and managing all necessary legal documentation that the company will require, ensuring that all activities carried out by the organization comply with internal and external regulations and to advise the client as to any statutory changes that apply to their internal procedures.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years Post qualification Experience gained from working in a top law practice or with a leading banking institution. An excellent knowledge of banking, Funds and commercial law is a requisite for the position. The candidate must also have strong understanding of CSSF regulations.
The applicant must be fluent in English and French and a good command of German and /or Luxembourgish would be an advantage.
SALARY: Negotiable depending upon experience
