All levels of solicitor can be accommodated if you have demonstrable experience in corporate and/or banking transactions.
Working with two Partners in the corporate department you will be dealing with company incorporation, business sales and acquisitions, due diligence and disposals. There is scope for involvement with partnership and LLP formation and advice on corporate insolvency.
