Our North East London client requires a Property Lawyer on a 6 month basis starting at the end of May.
The successful candidate should have extensive experience of complex commercial property work to include Development Agreements and Conditional Contracts and landlord and tenant law.
To work on the following types of matters:
Building/Development agreements and leases
Conditional Contracts subject to planning permission
Sales of land including Auction
Preparation of new commercial leases and lease renewals
Lease assignments, variation and surrenders
General Property advice to other departments of the Council
