A Commercial Contracts Lawyer is required for our Central London client on a short term basis.
It is essential that you are a Solicitor or Barrister, with demonstrable post qualification experience.
The position holder will be required to fulfil the following duties -
To work as a member of the Contracts Section undertaking work relating to contracts, associated law and practise and related matters affecting the Corporation and any other organisation for which the Comptroller and City Solicitor acts.
To assist in researching and advising on contract related matters. To assist in preparing and commenting on reports to Committee on contracts and related matters and to attend Committee meetings, as required.
