A Property and Contracts Lawyer is required for our South West London borough client.
The position is on a 6 Months basis and your duties will include undertaking the provision of high quality legal services principally in conveyancing, property law, commercial law, contracts, town planning and highways law.
You will also be maintaining a varied and complex caseload.
You will need to be a qualified solicitor and have 18 months post qualification experience of contracts, commercial and residential property transactions.
