An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Corporate lawyer with solid mergers and acquisitions experience, to join the Corporate - Mergers and Acquisitions group within our Melbourne office.

Our Corporate group supports companies across all industry sectors on major strategic transactions as well as on their day-to-day needs. We work with many of Asia Pacific's largest public companies and major financial institutions, providing high-level advice on company and securities laws to boards and senior management.

An essential component of the position will be your ability to work with the firm's major clients and other practice groups in the firm providing high level specialist advice and innovative solutions.

We welcome applications from high calibre lawyers with strong technical expertise, an excellent academic record and 2 years plus post qualification experience. A commercial approach, high-level communication skills and the ability to develop strong client relationships are essential to this position as is the ability to work within a team environment.
