With the recent appointment of Sue Williamson, joining Niv Tadmore in heading up the Tax Group, we are now seeking additional resources at a senior and a junior level to join our growing team.

In these diverse roles you will have significant Partner involvement, and junior staff will also be mentored by a Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate. Specifically, the team specialise in providing tax advice on merger and acquisitions, capital raisings, distributions to shareholders, capital gains tax, GST, stamp duty, corporate governance and tax risk-management. You will also gain exposure to the tax disputes side of the practice.

To be successful you will have a proactive team focused attitude with solid research and analytical skills. Previous experience in a tax environment is essential.
