IT Lawyer, Media Sector - Central London - Job Description
Our client is a major media group covering most areas of traditional and new media. With an increasing focus on the web, this company expansion relies on digital platforms. The group is looking for an IT lawyer to support the team.
Reporting to the Head of Legal and Business Affairs, you will enjoy a broad role with responsibilities to include drafting and negotiating technology and digital media contracts in a commercial environment. You will also become involved in technology services agreements and provide ad-hoc advice to the business.
You will be qualified lawyer with a proven work history to include experience in digital media and web-based businesses . This is an excellent opportunity for an astute lawyer to further develop their career in an in-house environment.
