A fantastic opportunity exists for two lawyers with approximately 4+ years years post qualification experience within our Workplace Relations team, including one Partner and a team of 8 other lawyers. Our full service Workplace Relations Practice provides advice, advocacy and assistance in all areas of employment law and industrial relations including discrimination, workplace health and safety and workers' compensation.
The successful applicant will be able to work autonomously and have demonstrated experience in Queensland State and Federal employment legislation including advising employers on Work Choices legislation. This role requires a proactive, autonomous individual who demonstrates a high degree of initiative, dedication and organisational ability with a strong client and commercial focus.
