An experienced professional indemnity lawyer with strong technical ability in litigation and familiarity with the pre-action protocol for professional negligence. Experience in claims against accountants, solicitors and surveyors required.

2. An experienced construction lawyer to help drive the expanding professional indemnity and construction practice in Bristol. Adjudication experience would be useful.

3. An experienced claims handler/legal executive to deal with delegated authority professional indemnity claims for a variety of types of professionals.
