Lawyers - Project & Corporate Finance - Melbourne

Our Project & Corporate Finance group is looking to recruit two lawyers with a minimum of 4-5 years post admission experience in a range of banking and finance related issues.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of large and complex matters (under the supervision of a Partner) as well as smaller matters, support the Project practice and build relationships with major clients whilst providing top quality legal advice on a full range of finance transactions.

Strong communication skills, negotiation experience and the ability to analyse and reason clearly and logically is essential, as is the ability to work to tight timeframes under pressure.

A proactive, commercial approach is essential to this position as is the ability to work within a team environment.
