LEAD LAWYER (PLANNING, PROPERTY & PROJECTS) - Job Description
Senior Solicitor sought by authority to take a pivotal senior role and to deputise for the Solicitor to the Council/Monitoring Officer.
Whilst carrying out complex and senior level work on behalf of the council and acting as number 2 to the Solicitor to the Council/Monitoring Officer you will take up management and leadership responsibilities together with leading on major projects.
You will also ideally have an interest and expertise in regeneration, planning, commercial and development matters.
The post is offered initially as an interim contract with the opportunity to consider a permanent post as well.
