Our client is a world leader in insurance and financial services, with operations in more than 125 countries. They are leading providers of retirement services, financial services and asset management around the world.
Our client's London legal department has recently embarked on a significant and exciting period of development; realigning the department along specific business lines. They now seek to appoint a Lead Lawyer for its Retail Lines of businesses; a dynamic set of businesses, offering products focusing primarily on travel, personal accident and health insurance.
As the principal lawyer for the Retail Lines of business, your workload will be both diverse and constantly evolving. Whilst prior insurance experience would clearly be beneficial, of prime importance is strong general commercial experience, ideally combined with exposure to regulatory and consumer issues.
This is a challenging, business-facing role offering high levels of responsibility with a world leader in its sector.
