Snr IT Trainer / Lead IT Trainer London - City - £38,000 -£45,000 - MOS - MOSMI - IITT -TAP - Law firm
Working for this top 20 law firm you will lead a team a small training team.As well as utilising established methods of training such as classroom based training - one to ones - Floor walking and e-learning trainers will be expected to become business focused training consultants working with proactive groups to find new and innovative ways to deliver training. You will have responsibility for designing and updating existing training material and planning and delivering project based training as needed.
Candidates should have at least 3 years experience of being a Snr IT Trainer or Training Team Leader within a corporate environment pref legal but other environment will be considered. Candidates should have the MOS or MOSMI certification and be able to provide evidence of having designed and delivered MOS certification training to a business.
Candidates will have delivered training to an advanced level across the MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint , Excel and Outlook. ]
In additional to hands on training skills. Candidates will need to demonstrate an ability to lead a team of trainers and to have acted as a training project manager on training projects ranging from small to large and possibly international in scope.
