Learning and Development Manager - Job Description
12 month role to start as soon as possible, working with a team of 11 in total, 3 of whom are L & D professionals. Our client is looking for someone who can drive forward its 360 appraisal feedback tool and continue working with senior employees in relation to the competency framework being rolled out together with other requirements.
The role supports all levels of the firm including partners, lawyers, secretarial and service teams and covers all aspects of learning with priority focus on management and leadership development. To be considered for this role you should have degree level (or equivalent) education with at least five years' experience within a senior L & D role. Experience of the legal sector or professional services would be an advantage. Ideally you will also possess a professional learning and development qualification (e.g. CIPD Certificate/Diploma in Learning and Development or equivalent) and have a proven track record in a similar responsible role.
