DLA Piper's vision for the Litigation & Regulatory practice group is: 'To be (and to be recognised to be) the leading UK dispute resolution practice.' An opportunity has arisen in our Leeds team for a general commercial litigator with a minimum of a years' previous experience to help us achieve that aim. We would also be interested in the details of any finance and banking litigators or those with a particular interest in this area. DLA Piper has a consistent, structured approach to advising clients and managing the litigation process, centred upon the early definition of objectives and a transparent approach to costs. Candidates will benefit from excellent training, exposure to a broad commercial litigation caseload and a highly supportive and friendly environment. The successful candidate will be used to handling heavyweight commercial disputes as part of a team and is likely to be already working in a large regional or City firm renowned for its litigation practice.
