Skills and experience
You will be a qualified Solicitor with either an in-house background or solid experience in a commercial law firm. You will possess excellent drafting skills and specialised knowledge and application of data protection law. Although IP knowledge would be beneficial it is not a specific requirement for the role.
You will have outstanding customer facing skills coupled with an attention to detail. You will have a proven track record of being able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in an environment laced with a wide variety of challenges and unexpected interruptions

On top of this you work on a broader profile of cases to cover asbestos related injuries, Work Related Upper Limb Disease, Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome and claims involving the Control of Hazardous Substance Regulations and assist more senior fee earners on more complex and higher value cases.
You will join a motivated team of 12-16 fee earners and you will have the opportunity to develop and supervise more junior members of the team. In addition to this you will be handling confidential information in line with the firms data security protocols.
Key Skills
You will be a newly qualified solicitor/FILEX, ideally with previous experience working within an Industrial Disease team.
