PERSONAL INJURY SENIOR MANAGER (TECHNICAL CLAIMS)
Our client is one of the most successful personal personal injury law firms in the country, with a huge presence in the Yorkshire region. It now has an exciting new opening, arising out of growth, for a senior personal injury fee-earner to take on senior manager role in the Technical Claims team. This would equate to head of department role.
As a Senior Manager within the Technical Claims department you will have a predominantly non-fee-earning role. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational performance and delivery of a group of Technical Claims teams dealing predominantly with RTA claims, but also EL/PL. You will ensure all aspects of compliance and regulation are understood and upheld throughout the operation. You will be responsible for managing risk and dealing with complicated technical issues and complaints. You will also ensure all KPIs are embedded into the day-to-day operation and be responsible for conducting monthly 1:1's and staff performance reviews.
