This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of Leeds leading practices. Given their impressive client base they attract extremely high quality contentious IP work and working as part of their larger, award winning, litigation team this is what you would focus on.

This role would see you join a nationally renowned team where you would be acting for household names, particularly in the retail, consumer and fashion sectors as well as some prominent FTSE 100 and 250 clients. Both the team and the practice have a first rate reputation for developing and valuing their staff, and you would have access to work that is often only the domain of the London market.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of IP law including copyright, trade marks, unregistered and registered designs, passing off, patents and databases, some experience of data protection is an advantage but not essential. Given the level of this role, they are keen to appoint someone who can project manage cases and who is confident interfacing directly with clients , with the support of Partner and more senior colleagues. A key criteria is that they want someone as passionate about quality client delivery as they are, they really get to know their clients businesses and their advice is always focussed on their specific clients, and both practical and commercial. This role would suit someone either relocating from London or currently holding a similar position within one of the major regional practices.

For more information on this Intellectual Property role, please contact Rachael Mann (or another member of the Private Practice team) at Sacco Mann.
