Exciting and rare opportunity to join an investment management company located out with the major cities.
Our client manages investments in young companies focussing primarily on the technology industry. Clients range from start up companies to businesses in pre listing stages. In the last ten years they have grown from a team of 4 into a team of 10 and recently became a listed company on the AIM.
Their current requirement is for a legal advisor to handle all aspects of their day to day legal requirements. You will operate as the sole lawyer in the company and should therefore be comfortable working in a challenging, varied and stand alone role.
Duties will include drafting and reviewing partnership agreements, company and shareholder agreements, assisting with due diligence procedures, knowledge of venture capital is required and you will be responsible for advising the team on day to day legal issues which may arise.
The office is based on the south side of Perth making it easily accessible from Edinburgh and Glasgow.
