TITLE: JUNIOR LEGAL ASSISTANT LUXEMBOURG
JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging the preparation, approval and filing of all legal documentation. They will assist in the day to day review of Private Placement Memorandums and constitutional offering documents, the preparation of corporate documents, minutes, agreements and powers of attorney. They will also be required to assist the manager of the department with all legal related issues and to provide assistance in the setting up of investment funds, making sure that the procedures comply with internal and external regulations and with auditory requirements.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will possess;
A Degree in Law from a French/Luxembourg University or legal training pertaining to the Finance industry
A minimum of one years experience within a legal environment with knowledge of the hedge fund industry being a definite advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communicational and commercial skills
Fluency in English and French and knowledge of a third language.
SALARY: Negotiable depending upon experience
