A superb opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel to join Fluor Corporation's EMEA legal team. As Legal Counsel, reporting to the Managing General Counsel (EMEA) based in the Netherlands, you will be responsible for an extensive remit of commercial and corporate matters.

You will oversee and execute a wide range of complex international commercial transactions (engineering, procurement and construction management contracts). You will also prepare joint venture, consortium and partnership agreements and assist setting up financing structures for international projects.

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate maturity, integrity and presence to inspire confidence and respect when dealing with people at all levels.

Ideally, you will be a UK qualified solicitor with an international outlook and at least 7 years’ post qualification experience, however all candidates with demonstrable experience to fulfil the role requirements will be considered.

If you have knowledge of and experience in engineering or construction projects this would be a distinct advantage. European language skills would be ideal.
