Our client, a leading global fund management group currently manages assets of £297.7 billion in over 21.2 million shareholder accounts. They have offices in 29 countries across six continents employing over 8,700 people.
In the UK, they employ over 300 people based in Edinburgh and London.
As a result of excellent business growth, the EMEA legal team is looking to appoint a further lawyer to be based in London. The successful incumbent will be involved in all legal aspects of the business across EMEA, for instance they will have responsibility for managing the registraton/authorisation requirements for new and existing investment products, negotiate institutional mandates and manage relationships with external counsel across the region.
Candidates interested will have trained and qualified at a highly regarded fund management practice, with excellent knowledge of the fund management industry. They will have the ability to work well under pressure and have strong business acumen.
