Legal Executive/Property Litigation Solicitor - Job Description
Established over a decade ago my client has its headquarters in London and offices throughout the UK and Europe. Dealing with residential housing schemes, retail-related investment projects, commercial offices, hotels, training centres and leisure developments.
My client, a well known and influential development and accommodation company, is seeking a solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years relevant experience and able to handle a range of work including arrears and possession, have working knowledge of the 1954 Act and a variety of general disputes, There are excellent career prospects working within a small team based in London.
The ideal candidate will either be working in-house for a property focused company or in private practice and have a real desire to work in a very commercial environment.
