Our client is a diversified, worldwide industrial services company dedicated to the construction and steel industries. They are operating across 32 countries and are also listed on the NYSE with turnover in excess of 3 billions dollars.
Due to their expansion in Europe, they are looking for a sole Legal Manager to be based at their European Head Quarters in Dudelange, Luxembourg (close to the French border). You will be looking after Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Turkey and Spain and will report directly to the Assistant General Counsel for Europe based in the UK.
Your main task will be to provide operational legal support to the Regional Managing Director and the senior management team for commercial/corporate and contentious work througout Eastern and Western Europe.
You are a French or Belgian qualified lawyer with at least 4 years experience although all candidates with appropriate experience will of course be considered. You will have gained commercial experience in a multinational environment and be completely fluent in both French and English. You must also have the confidence and maturity to function as as a sole lawyer.
