Legal Officer

URGENTLY REQUIRED PRINCIPAL LEGAL OFFICER TO JOIN THIS LONDON BOROUGH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

The successful candidate will be undertaking all aspects of commissioning, procurements, commercial and contractual legal work

The role will also include:

- Dealing with a range of different contracts including construction contracts, service contracts, consultancy contracts and ICT contracts
- Dealing with all Property related matters including sales and acquisitions of Freehold landlord and buildings, auction sales and leases
- Attend, advise and provide legal advice and services tio such working groups, hearings, training sessions, committees and panels

Do you have the following?

- Local authority experience
- Contracts experience
