Legal Officer - Amsterdam

A legal officer manages a portfolio of client companies, to whom we provide management and legal/administrative services.

Your key tasks and responsibilities are:
• As your main focus you will be responsible for all legal and corporate matters for client companies; in particular you will assist with the closing of asset transactions
• Communicate with and advise clients, (tax) advisors, lawyers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions and other Citco offices worldwide
• Support our marketing and sale efforts by developing network of professionals and advising existing clients and prospects on (new) structures

Qualifications and Experience: the following will be highly regarded:
• University education in corporate or fiscal law with at least 2-3 years experience in a comparable position, exposure to tax driven and/or private equity and real estate structures is a definite advantage
• Commercial, service-minded and dynamic attitude
• Willingness to further develop (international) tax and company law knowledge
• Analytic skills
• Responsible, reliable and ability to work within a team
• Fluency inverbal and written English is essential
