You will manage a portfolio of client companies for which we provide domiciliary, management and legal services. In this role you will be responsible for the day to day (legal) operations of the client portfolio.
Your most important tasks and responsibilities are:
• Manage a portfolio of client companies for which we provide domiciliary, management and legal services
• Assist the manager with the supervision of staff and delegation of work
• Maintain and develop a network consisting of internationally operating clients and their advisors
• Building a strong business relationship with clients
You will have the following background and competences:
• Qualified lawyer with a university degree in corporate or fiscal law
• From two years experience in a similar position at a tax or law firm
• Ability to work to deadlines with good organisational skills and the ability to cope with several tasks at one time
• A commercial, dynamic attitude with accuracy and excellent communication skills
• Affinity and experience with automated systems
• Fluency in English and Dutch
