Founded in 1997, RP International is a boutique international recruitment company with offices in Dubai, Singapore and London. The firm specializes in the legal & regulatory, banking & finance and telecommunications sectors.

The legal team was founded over three years ago and since its formation has rapidly gained a leading position in the regional legal recruitment market. The small team has over 25 years’ experience between its members and has been responsible for some of the most high profile placements in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This success includes the establishment of a Magic Circle law firm office in Dubai, and the largest retained in house project to date in the UAE.

With further substantial growth forecast we are now looking for additional legal recruiters to join the team in Dubai. We seek high quality Consultants who have at least one year’s legal recruitment experience. We offer a mixture of both retained and contingent work for the appointees, and our outstanding contacts at senior level will ensure a smooth transition into the local market. At the same time, we seek candidates who enjoy initiating and developing new business and who are comfortable facing clients at the highest levels. We are trusted and respected by our clients as being discreet, transparent, professional and honest.
