Legal Secretary, Disputes Division - Perth - Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Legal Secretary within our Disputes Division, providing support to a Partner, Senior Associate, Associate, Solicitor and Restricted Practitioner.

Suitable candidates will possess a high degree of initiative and a pro-active approach. They will be able to work with minimal direction, and have a high degree of technical skills, including Microsoft Office 2003. Strong communication skills are essential for the success of this role, being able to liaise confidently with people at all levels and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external clients.

Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritise a variety of tasks and responsibilities are key to this role, as are exceptional coordination and organisational abilities, high level diary and file management skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities of this position include monthly billing, organising meetings, client contact, creating and amending documents, diary and file management, and assisting Partner on risk management initiatives.
