A fantastic newly created opportunity has become available for a Legal Secretary to join our Finance Division.

This position is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to a Senior Associate, three Solicitors and an Articled Clerk.

The main responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

organising meetings; client contact; monthly billing; creating and amending documents; dictaphone typing; performing company and land title searches; diary and file management; and organising, copying and binding of documents.

The successful applicant will possess a high degree of technical skills, including Microsoft Office 2003. They will be able to prioritise a variety of tasks and responsibilities, work under pressure and have good time management skills. The ability to work as part of a friendly and busy team and with minimal direction is essential.
