Legal Trainer

This large commercial firm is looking for an experienced lawyer or trainer to join their legal training team covering offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and London. The training team at present is split between the 3 offices, comprising the Head of Training, Legal Training Manager and they are looking for a new addition to the team. The role will include the development and delivery of training to staff throughout the firm, developing and benchmarking the firm's training and development strategy and individual training packages and involvement in client facing activities including tenders and bespoke training packages. This is an exciting role for a lawyer to move into a training role, or an experienced legal trainer, and there is full support if you have not done a specialist training role before to make a move into this field. Some training experience as part of your fee earning work is necessary and a genuine passion for this type of work. Salary to £50k plus excellent benefits.
