JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role of Life Sciences solicitor involves advising clients in the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical device manufacturing industries on issues relating to intellectual property, research and development collaborations, distribution agreements, regulatory issues, product liability, M&A, restructuring, insurance and competition law.


SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate must have:
A minimum of 2 years PQE
Excellent academic credentials
Expert knowledge of the regulations and legislation governing the industry
Ability to work within a team as well as independently
