Our client are keen to recruit a Litigator who is looking to work within either their Exeter or Exmouth offices. Ideally you will be available immediately and for an on going assignment. The successful candidate will be able to cover the whole spectrum of Civil Litigation and will ideally be able to work without any supervision. You will be keen to cover all aspects including landlord and tenant, property litigation, contract disputes, professional negligence and also some person injury work. This is a varied caseload and the successful locum will need to be hardworking and enjoyed a varied and busy caseload. This is likely to be a long term assignment as our client are currently looking to recruit on a permanent basis and need additional cover until this is possible. For those candidate who are interested in a temp to perm opportunity this will also be encouraged.
