Litigation Solicitor - Job Description
Top 40 National Law firm, with excellent quality work, and a leader in the field of health, financial services and insurance, IT and telecommunications. This is a rare opportunity for a Commercial litigator either newly or recently qualified. The successful candidate will have experience and a desire to work with leading insurers. The team in this firm's Bristol office where you will be based handle property related insurance claims including Fire, subsidence, flood and recoveries and advises on coverage issues and fraud.
Dealing with high value recoveries and defended claims. Opportunity to develop your own caseload including lower value defended claims.
Ideal candidate will have experience in litigation and insurance work. Some exposure to property recovery would be desirable.
