As a Legal 500 rated firm, we specialise in business defence matters.
We are seeking an experienced civil/commercial solicitor for our Nottingham office.
The role will incorporate a wide range of matters, including defending civil allegations of fraud, Asset Recovery Agency matters, Company Directors Disqualification proceedings and High Court breach of contract litigation.
This will provide an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to play a key role in the marketing and development of the firm’s civil department.
