Fee Earner is urgently sought by Suffolk Local Authority. You must have worked recently within an authority and have proven experience managing a full caseload independently. Applications from Solicitors, Barristers and Legal Executives will be considered.
Essentially you must have handled a wide variety of cases to include prosecutions, order making (tree preservation orders, street closure orders, off street parking), attendance at Planning and Licensing Committees, civil court work, FOI, RIPA advice, housing, environmental health and waste services issues.
This position is to start immediately and although is initially for 3 month, has the potential to be a long term assignment.
