London Tax Litigation 2+

We are seeking to recruit an experienced tax lawyer to join our contentious tax team. Applicants will have between 2 to 4 years post qualification experience gained in either a corporate tax OR contentious tax practice and should be willing to take a proactive role in the day to day management of contentious tax matters. Our contentious tax team is an evolving team with a diversified practice that includes, inter alia, tax litigation, tax investigations and tax compliance. Applicants should be interested in working in each of these fields. A basic knowledge of the procedures that apply before the Special Commissioners and / or the VAT & Duties Tribunal, together with knowledge of procedure before the High Courts, would be useful, but is not essential. We are happy to consider corporate tax lawyers who don't have litigation experience but are interested in this field of work.
