You will be involved in transactions from its outset through to completion and you will be advising throughout, growing your knowledge and ability.
You will be an experienced UK qualified lawyer working at either a global investment bank or Magic Circle City law firm, with in depth experience of private and public Mergers & Acquisitions and other advisory transactions, and who can advise and support the M&A business with respect to legal and regulatory matters and related risk management issues.
Qualifications:
• English Law qualified (essential)
• Post English Law qualification experience with a leading international law firm or bank (essential)
• Experience of drafting & reviewing documentation for UK and international transactions
• Strong M&A experience, both public & private (essential)
• Period of secondment at an international investment bank (preferred)
