The practice covers the full range of capital markets, including debt and equity capital markets, securitisations and derivatives.
The Moscow office of this truly international law firm is committed to developing the strongest capital markets practice in the region and is looking to strengthen its Moscow office with a number of hires. After a very busy year and a rapid expansion phase, they now need a few lawyers to add to the team. Broadly, they are looking for:
1. Junior associates for the equity capital markets group;
2. Junior associates for the debt capital markets group;
3. Senior UK or US qualified lawyer to join the Moscow office of the ECP group.
Naturally from a firm of this standard, only the best and most capable of lawyers will be considered.
It is expected that you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an international law firm focusing on corporate and securities transactions, or working as an in house, provided the experience was related to the equity or debt capital markets practice.
The department has a strong team work ethic along with first-class client management. It is essential that candidates at all levels are team players and committed to developing personally and professionally. To maintain the high standard of the practice, you will be smart, intelligent, motivated and proactive individual with enthusiasm for developing client relationships.
